comprehensive listing (no approval dates):
http://www.indymedia.org/cities.inc

approval dates:
Go to
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImc
and you'll see two links:

* "New IMC Status Page" to
http://www.indymedia.org/contact/new_imc.php
- this is one entry into *the contact database" handled mostly be
local IMCs but also by new-imc helpers

* "Approved IMCs"
http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/approvedIMCs
- this is edited purely by hand

For public contact info there's
http://www.indymedia.org/contact.php3
which is generated automatically from the contact database.

i added a link to this on .../NewImc

See above.

It would make sense to work with the database people (mark at indymedia.org,
bart(?) ) so that things can scale up naturally. You're welcome to try
doing it "by hand" on the TWiki, but maintenance in the long term is
unlikely to be systematic - people with expensive internet access (like
in Poland) generally don't edit the TWiki because of the long connection
time. mark is not on new-imc, so you should contact him directly.
