[New-imc] Did Rogue adopt consensus?

My block of rogue's application was to be automatically dropped when rogue
adopted an acceptable model of consensus decisionmaking (2/3 majority rule
fall back when consensus is not reached is majority rule, not consensus).
Did this happen?

If not, please consider the following:

Statements that if imc-ithaca can block rogue because it doesn't use
consensus, then Huston can block if rogue does not have a 3/4 majority rule
fall back are non-sense. Indymedia does operate by consensus and that cannot
be blocked. It is an agreement that exists and can only be changed by
consensus. 2/3 majority rule fall back is not part of any accepted model of
consensus decisionmaking and so it is a blockable issue.

If Blicero acted on his own initiative he unwittingly did rogue a great
disservice. Rogue is much stronger as a result of the process it has gone
through to become an imc than it would have been if issues had not been
raised. They are setting an example to follow regards recruitment. If they
also have gotten their process structures in as good shape as their
recruitment, they are the imc that we will all look to to see how to do
things the right way.

My block of rogue had an automatic step-aside when a legitimate consensus
model was adopted. I trusted those working with rogue to deciding when that
criteria was met, and did not hound the process. The assistence I offered
rogue was not asked for.

If we do not keep our agreements, if we are not trustworthy, if those with
more power than others by virtue of control over lists, etc. act in an
authoritarian manner, then Indymedia will fail.

Eric
