[New-imc] Haiti

Kevin Pina submitted an application for a Haiti indymedia some time 
ago.  He's been working with various organizations in the SF bay area 
to have computers, radio transmitters, etc. sent down to Haiti, and 
they're in the process of setting up a new community center (and 
indymedia center) with satellite internet access.  We're already 
working on a Haiti indymedia website in english, french and creole.  I 
think at this point the future haiti indymedia group just needs a 
liaison from new imc to make sure they're following the IMC principles 
of unity, move the process forward, etc.  I'm not sure who handles the 
Caribbean, but hopefully someone can be designated to contact Kevin.
