[New-imc] SF INDYMEDIA (internal decision deadline, Nov 21 -- 0700 GMT)

Hoi Clara,

This is the resolution that we all came up with. Many
of us did not want a split, but after many sessions of
mediation we decided that was the only way forward.

There will be some overlap in terms of geographical
areas. The Bay Area is a bit unique in regards to
geography. 

I am hoping that everyone on this list can respect the
immense amount of work our collective had to go
through to come to this decision. And I hope that we
can move forward with the consensed upon agreement
outlined below, with encouragement from the rest of
the Indymedia community.
