Hi Kristen (and the new-imc working group by cc),

Thanks for filling out the new-imc form!  This is Jay from the Philadelphia 
IMC.  I also am involved with the new-imc working group and help with 
U.S.-based new-imcs.  I'm e-mailing to let you know we received your 
information.  Ideally someone from the new-imc working group who lives in 
the mid-west U.S. will step forward to help you through the new-imc process.
