hi everyone,
  i agree with nick - new-imc is not the place for conflict resolution
(though the comment from petros for IMC Cyprus is certainly inspiring
:). When you have 10 active people in a city IMC and it wants to split
up, IMHO that's a political split for a group that needs to work
through a conflict resolution process, try to practice better
communication techniques and consensus-type decision-making etc. -
it's not a geographical split.

<imc-us-process at lists.indymedia.org> would be a good place
to discuss. If necessary, IMC SF can invite people from new-imc
to join in at imc-us-process.

PS: i also agree that imc-process is off-limits for SF conflict
resolution.
