Hi, 

Joe here from Arkansas IMC in the Southern USA.  Our collective is fairly 
small and new, but we are building a lot of momentum.  I figured that it is 
a good time to get us more involved in global processes. 

I am not an empowered spokes for the collective, but I would like to help 
facillitate the formation of new IMCs, especially around the Southern US.  
Please let me know how I can be of use.
