Dear Antonio! it is nice to know that you are interested to start indymedia Angola. 
I've volunteered to help imc-Angola through the process of becoming a full functioning member of  the indymedia-network.

-The next you need to do is outreach. That is to get as many people as possible informed about you desire to form and imc-Angola so that those who wish could get involved. For, the idea is if possible; all members of the community should participate in the indymedia project to share information/news about their society and to take part in processes of the imc.  

- I do not know how much the public in Angola comes clear with the concept of consensus based organising. 
But being from  Ambazonia where it is a very new concept one has to try to do a bit more clarification about it. Becuase that is the way all imcs function.

-Get a mailing list: 
Since people from other local imcs need to know how you are going with the process and since they cannot come arround in Angola to see how far you people are going with the process, you need to ask for a mailing list. To do so, writing an email to new-imc asking for a mailing list for the forming imc-angola;
new-imc at lists.indymedia.org 


The mailing list will be created and the password sent to you. imc-Angola ammongst other things will use this mailing list to communicate within yourself. So that if any persons wishes to see how the discussion in going on there, they can look at the archives of the list.

This list(imc-angola) will also be a tool for communication between imc-angola and the network. That is if there is any information that activists from the network wish to pass on to imc-angola, they will send it through the imc-angola mailing list.
