We are able to host the website  in a our own  server and we have techs who are able to maintain our project. We also have  a space with different computers in a local network where people can work for the imc. In the same space there is a Radio studio set for a internet broadcasting. Our problems with this are coming from the server and the bandwidth we need for streaming.
At this moment we are having meetings everyweek, and there are two main groups working, one for the edit features in the website and the other working for the radio.

outreach:
Since some years ago there are several people interested in horizontal communication in our area. There is a total lack of democartic media. Since one year ago the idea of starting a Free Radio was hold again and the people who still was interested is meeting in this project. In it there is people coming from the city, from towns, unionists, activists, anarchists... We hope when the radio will be streaming more people will be interested in joining us.
The next step we did was thinking about joining the indymedia network, making a open publishing website for spreading the info that doesn\'t appear in the mass media.
This project is supported by people from other indymedias as Barcelona-imc.

introductory_statement:
As people coming from the social movements and interested in building independent media to spread the reality in terms we live, the indymedia network is being a main tool for us.
We feel the need of a horizontal media for our area where activists always had a really small number of options for add and explain themselves. In this area there is a city and some big villages, and this is an industrial zone, in a land where people lived from agriculture 50 years ago. This change has produced environmental problems, immigration, labor problems...
As it\'s explained above we are interested in start a Free Radio. This is not something that started yesteday. We have almost everything set for broadcast by the internet. There months ago  with the proposal made by people from barcelona-imc and the explanations they gave us We where talking and thinking about joining to the imc-network. We agree with the statements and the filosophy of the indymedia network. In this way we also think that working in this network can help us in a bigger spreading of our work and getting help from the more human and phisical resources from the indymedia network.
