[New-imc] Introduction

I was asked by the modertaor to write a briefing on myself...

I am I-Mad, member of IMC Beirut. Currently I am in Baghdad to help set up
IMC Baghdad (if the group here manage to make it before I leave)
I intend to join the list to follow up on what is happening with their
application, also concerned in in some points that for me the group here
has to still deal with before they join IMCN.
