[New-imc] neutrality in handling the Belgian requests

Hello,

We don`t ask our own website. We just want to be recognised as a collective
with our own dynamic.

If this is not possible, I don`t see why the mediacircus collective should
continue to work within the indymedia network.

honestly
i am amazed at what is happening in belgium
maybe everybody could try and act as adult people

i also think mediacircus is not very understandable as a proposal honestly

while liege and so on seem quite understandable as local imcs
