[New-imc] Re: [Dns] dns entry for european_newsreal

There have been plenty of projects with projectname.indymedia.org, 
perhaps we need a process for annoucing/organizing a project rather 
than having it adhoc. Anyway i think the euronewsreel is great and 
should get what ever domain.indymedia.org they want.
