hi all.

the form will send email now, i fixed this earlier today
but haven't had time yet to send out an email.  sorry,
i had to run at the time.

i believe this broke on aug 6 due to this change:

mail from stallman to sarai should now go through fine.

though i still think the change i suggested for the
list signup on stallman should still happen.
