[New-imc] IMC DUBAI, initial contact

Hello,

I'm Bart, an Imc Volunteer out of Belgium and part of the new-imc Working Group. New Imc is a group of people that volunteer to do communications with groups that wish to start up an imc. We try to guido you trough the process and help with setting up the imc (where needed). I'm really sorry it took us so long to mail to you.

The process is fairly easy, you have to go with your group through some documents. The best way is to do this collectively on a meeting. Some of the documents need to be answerred collectively.

Besides answerring some documents, you need to keep your entry in the contact database updated (http://indymedia.org/contact/), write a mission statement and an editorial policy.
