Hi Polina and Raphael,

This is Jay from the Philadelphia IMC. Raphael knows me, but Polina, I
don't think we've met. Glad to meet you.

Sounds like things are going well in Rhode Island! I assume you've already
looked extensively at the new-imc documents
(http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewImcHowTo). Going through those
documents, you should be able to figure out where you are in the organizing
process.

Have you been in touch at all with IMCs in your general area, like Boston,
Western Mass, Danbury and Maine? I know Raphael has been a satellite
member of the NYC IMC at points. What I'm getting at is that maybe someone
from one of those IMCs could work with you to help you through the new-imc
process. Or, if they can't, I'd be willing to answer any questions you may
have.

Either way, keep up the organizing. Sounds like you're very much on the
right track.

Feel free to send any questions my way,

Jay
