i agree with susan.
it seems ridiculous to me that we're wishing to legally prosecute someone for using the name "indymedia".
i don't really see the urgency of making it public that they're not an imc. i think noone even knows about beach cities, and i also think that it's quite easy to understand that it is not an official imc.
honestly, i don't really see what greater harm this site can do to the indymedia network.
i'm wondering if they're causing more troubles by using the indymedia name, or by having us waste precious time and energies to discuss what to do with them.
