In order yo make it easy I will make the e-mail by items.

1) I think you should discuss the process in the language you fill more
confortable with. If you think is Chinese then chinese is ok.

I really don't need to follow your discussion in an email by email basis.
Using an indymedia list would be the best. But if you have problem and need
another one then it must be ok. If possible make the archives public so the
discussion is more transparent.

Please write again to mailman at lists.indymedia.org with a cc to
imc-tech at lists.indymedia.org so that the people there can help you.

Regarding your discussions mail the new-imc list everytime you find necessary
and with the conclusions you will be getting from your discussions.

Really no need to translate mail by mail.

2) The process of approving an IMC is meant for people of new IMC and Process
to
 get the idea if you agree with the way you work and if you are
capable of maintaining an working IMC. By you I mean the collectives and people

involved.

Maybe you will find the process a little bit burochratic but those were the
steps found needed to be "sure" apliant IMC are capable of do the job.
Please note the process is not a way of proving "loyalty" or something but a
way
of achieve mutual trust.

Please fell free to comment the process itself if you find it relevant.

3) The process is then composed of the following steps.

a) Outreach. You should be sure everyone potencially interested in the project
is contacted. Meaning people or organizations you think are relevant for the
process.

You have stated a few in your application. Try to find if there are more. If
you
find suitable loose sometime introducting them to us.

Drop us a line on how you organize: public meetings, method of decision, etc.

4) Write a mission statement. Telling us why you think an IMC would be
important
in Taiwan, etc. If you could write it in way it would a permanent link on your 

website it would be great.

5) Write an editorial policy. You will find one at each "living" IMC. Try to 
focus some themes as openpublishing, etc.

6) Please comment Membership Criteria

During this process you be getting questions from people who find something
confusing or want further details on some issue.

When everything is clarified I will propose your application to new IMC for
approvall.

If in 3 days deadline noone opposes I will pass the "dossier" to IMC-Process
and they will 7 days to raise questions and approve or block you application.

De forma a torná-lo mais legível vou fazer o email por items.

1) Acho que devem discutir o processo no idioma com que se sintam mais 
confortáveis. Se for o Chinês então o Chinês está bem.

De facto, não necessito de seguir a vossa discussão email a email.
Usar uma lista no indymedia seria o ideal. Mas se isso for um problema então 
usem uma outra. Se possível, tornem os arquivos públicos para que a discussão 
seja mais transparente.

Por favor, voltem a escrever para mailman at lists.indymedia.org com cópia para
imc-tech at lists.indymedia.org para que as pessoas possam ajudar-vos.

Relativamente às vossas discussões, por favor, enviem emails para o New-IMC
sempre que achem necessário e com as conslusões das vossas dicussões.

Não existe a necessidade de traduzir todas as vossas discussões.


2) O processo de aprovação de um CMI destina-se a que as pessoas do New-IMC e
do
Process tenham uma ideia de como trabalham e se são capazes de manter um IMC
activo.

Talvez achem que o processo é um pouco burocrático mas estes foram os passos
achados necessários ara ter a "certeza" que os novos IMC são capazes de levar o

projecto a bom termo.
Por favor, queiram notar que o processo não uma forma de provar a vossa
"lealdade" os algo do género mas um forma de conseguir confiança mútua.

Por favor, comentem o processo se acharem necessário.

3) O processo é assim composto pelos seguintes passos:

a) Contactos. Devem estar seguros que todas as pessoas e colectivos
potencialmente interessados forma contactados.
Ou seja, pessoas ou organizações que achem relevantes para o processo.

Vocês nomearam alguns no vosso pedido. Tentem verificar se haverá mais. Se 
acharem apropriado, tentem apresentá-los.

Digam-nos como se organizam: reuniões públicas, métodos de decisaão, etc.

4) Escrevam uma declaração de missão. Dizendo porque acham que um IMC em Taiwan

é importante em Taiwan, etc. Se for possível escrevam-no de forma a que possa 
constituir un link permanente no vosso site.

5) Escrevam uma política editorial. Devem encontrar uma em cada IMC activo. 
Tentem abordar alguns temas como a publicação aberta, etc.

6) Por favor comentem os critérios de adesão.

Durante o processo deverão receber questões de pessoas que acham algumas coisa 

mais confusa ou querem detalhes em algum assunto.

Quando tudo estiver clarificado proporei uma data limite para a vossa aprovação

no NEW-IMC.

Se até três dias depois ninguém obstar o processo passa para o IMC-Process e 
aguarda 7 dias até eventual aprovação ou bloqueio.
