I would like to react on the proposition of Libby.
As I see the current situation, I think it`s better a more neutral person
takes over the role of Bart.
Libby has sometimes played a quite negative role in the different Imc`s in
Belgium.  The fact that she has left several imc collectives (belgium and
west vlaanderen) on disagreements and the fact she had some serious words
with also people from the ping pong website (imc-vlaanderen), does not
convince me at all she is the most calm and neutral person in this whole
issue.

Therefore I think it’s better someone else takes the role and I don’t see
why someone not Belgian can’t do this. A lot of Belgian imc-people are too
much involved in the whole discussion, for them it is impossible to be
objective.
