[New-imc] Imc Vlaanderen & Belgium

Hey everybody,

I've been dicusssing the matter on #indymedia ( a bit whider than this
actually) and we came up with this sollution, Shayne is willing to take the
lead, i can translate for him and go to the vl meetings if needed. This
might be a good sollution. What do ya all think?
