Bart here from the newimc working group.
basically you need to do this:
- read closely newimc.indymedia.org
- discuss & reply to the needed documents in an open meeting (principles
of unity & imc-membership criteria).
- write up a missian statement & eiditorial policy.
- update your entry in the contact database.
You can contact me offlist or on this list with all additional questions,
remarks, ...
