[New-imc] IMC Miami

Hi!
I am the liasion for them through new-imc process.  I have emailed both
jeff and the miami list about this specific issue.  I prematurely set a
deadline, there was not enough information.  Jay has been helping me off
list.

Jeff has a problem beleiving me alot of the time.  All he wants is
recognition for miami imc no matter how he can get it.  I have tried to
work through this with him and also tried to work around it.  It doesnt
seem to work.  I got very frustrated.

So I started talking with someone other than jeff in miami.  And that is
working well.  I am explaining to the other person what steps they need to
take and rational ways at approaching new-imc process.

My suggestion would be that whoever jeff emails next (or has already
emailed) just respond to him to email me as I am the liasion.  Or if you
want to tell him something else/have a better suggestion, I am all ears
for it!
