hello bart,

I am hadrian from brussels (belgium), collaborating for the development
and creation of an imc based in brussels. Following the week-end of
french speaking imc's at the Tanneries (Dijon), there was a call for
more participation to this list, so i follow the move. more generally,
it also to see how a new imc application is been processed and why not
participate :) -- I don't know if belonging to a imc collective
currently under the new imc-process is contradictory to my presence to
this list.
