[New-imc] Women's Proposal Now A Requirement?

hoi,

the question is not WHETHER it is a requirement, but WHERE.

The proposal to inlcude the 3 questions in the online form of the 
application was accepted by imc-process, but for ourself we have been 
unclear on whether that is the new-imc form or the membership criteria.

 From all I have experienced, it should go into the membership criteria 
because that more of this kind of questions like asking for decission 
making policies etc.
