[New-imc] expidited process, IMC Armenia

Hey -

I posted an application to form an IMC in Armenia a couple of days ago, and 
we were wondering if it is possible to speed up the review/approval process 
in light of the continuing protests (and lack of coverage thereof) here. And 
- I filled out the form on the Indymedia Documentation Project site - do I 
also need to email the relevant details here? Thanks,
