[New-imc] expidited process, IMC Armenia

Dear Kevin,

I am Clara from Indymedia Netherlands and also from the new-imc working 
group. Marije from Falkor in the Netherlands should also know me in person, 
and I am exited to hear that you are going ahead with an IMC in Armenia.

Basically, you need to follow along the new-im documents, and we can help 
you with open question and technical issues.

I can offer to help you through the next steps of the process (mission 
statement, editorial policy, etc). I see that you want to set up a 
multilingual site, and we can share our experiences about that with you as 
well.

Start setting up your site, the approval procedure will go paralell with this.
