Words of wisdom, and my thanks to you Libby, for saying them.
Every single problem we face in IndyMedia, from global all
the way down to local work- groups, is a continuous
resistance by some (powerful) individuals, to develop a
network- wide process of consensus which will enable us to
function as a true direct- democracy organization.

Everything that happens or fails to happen in the crucial
areas of our network, imc-process, finance, communication
and tech (the most powerful of) work- groups, is determined
by this dedication *against* a democratic process.

We need conscious and concrete steps to build democratic
procedures among us. Accountability, is the most crucial and
missing element.
