[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (Santiago del Estero Indymedia)

We thought that "steps to represent diversity" was intended in case that NO
diversity was presently established. 

A wide range of people from diverse backgrounds currently submit images,
articles and video clips to
http://argentina.indymedia.org/features/santiago/

This site serves it's purpose; it was launched in August as part of the
Argentina web-site, and has been functioning none-stop, ever since. The
local population (of all ages and of different socio-economical levels read
and post in this site.

Other Indymedia groups in our country are breaking off from the original
http://argentina.indymedia.org/ ... they are becoming more independent. We
only wish to do the same; that is the reason we've requested a new IMC.

We also forgot to add the tech info, perhaps we should re-submit the entire
form?
