[New-imc] Online form: Proposed new IMC! (Santiago del Estero Indymedia)

sounds like we have a confusion here.

Florencia. The issue is that even with relatively diverse IMC's , theres a
tendency for them to become 'geeky boys clubs'. I guess really whats being
looked for is a commitment (and perhaps concrete steps to make sure it
stays that way) to include womenfolk , ethnic and indigenous (where
applicable) and sexual minorities as far as possible.

I'm sure just a paragraph explaining how diversity works in your
collective and if necessary how it can be expanded is sufficient.
