This is Jay from the Philadelphila IMC.  I'm also involved in the new-imc 
working group, and usually (though I've been a bit elusive lately) respond 
to aspiring IMCs from the U.S. when they write into the new-imc working 
group.  So, hi!  I'm glad to hear your IMC is getting its act 
together.  Sounds great.

There seems to be a lot of Indymedia energy in Florida lately, what with 
IMCs forming in Miami, reorganizing in Central Florida, etc.  Has the Tampa 
Bay group been in touch with the other Florida IMCs?

Feel free to ask the new-imc working group any questions you may have as 
you go along with your organizing.  Also, if you'd like to bounce any 
questions or ideas about forming an IMC off an individual, feel free to 
e-mail me directly and we can exchange phone numbers.  Sometimes talking to 
a real person is more fun and productive than sending queries out into the 
black hole of cyberspace.
