[New-imc] question

Hey I see the traffic on this list has died down a bit.  I will let you
all know that I am still working with the Miami folks and they should be
submitting within two weeks so things are going well!

Also, the question, did charlottesville IMC go all the way through?  I
dont remember seeing something posted that they are now a new-imc.  Does
that even happen on this list, or anywhere, you know a follow up on what
imc's are new so that people can update the cities list?
