introductory_statement:
Alaska is a media-deprived state with only a few, major networks (McLatchy papers, NBC, FOX, ABC). Alaska also has significant populations secluded in the bush, with no roads or ability to communicate with outsiders on various issues.  Network-fed bias is propagated through native villiages and local towns with no people-based counter arguments.  An IMC would allow people throughout Alaska to read on various issues in the State, and what other Alaskans feel about them.
