Rédiger un "mission statement", c'est un document servant à présenter le
collectif naissant et à expliquer les buts dans lesquels il s'engage, en
d'autre mot la raison de sa création au sein du réseau indymedia.

-2- POLITIQUE EDITORIALE 
Vous devez écrire une charte éditoriale basée sur des principes de
transparence et de consensus. Cette charte définira le mode opératoire
du collectif au niveau de la gérance du site, cependant elle peut
évoluer tant qu'elle n'entrave pas les principes de l'open-publishing et
