Hello all ! I'll like to take part in helping  this application, yet I'll needed lots of help as i got alot going right now. 

Hello mohammed! i'm sphinx from the newimc working group. A group of volunteers helping new groups become part of the indymedia network.

I'm assuming that you have read through the information page  in which you filled the application form. In anycase indymedia is about non-hierarchy based collectives. Thus it is more than websites, it is about a group which commit itseif to reporting life in the community where it is based and trying the best it can to make members of that community participate in producing their news. Thus website administration is enchouraged to be an issues of the whole collective or a group of people in the collective rather than the decision of an unbiased techie. On  your desire to be a techie, we got lots of activists in the network who will happily share technical skills with you.       

I see you indicated to quiet a handfull of people your desire to start indymedia Egypt. 
I would advice you to Organise a meeting on the forming of indymedia Egypt, in which meeting invite all the people you mentioned as support groups and all the individuals you informed about your desire to form indymedia egypt.
At the meeting the whole group should take time and look at the following documents. Thus preferably print these documents if you can and bring them to the meeting or try to have the meeting if possible in a place where the individuals can get online access to take a look at the documents.
