[New-imc] Women's Proposal

Chrystine here to apologize for posting Women's Proposal to this list. My thinking was that this working group would be called upon to impliment proposal if approved. What I did not take in consideration is it is so much easier for all if discussion is on one list and the appropriate list is Process. 
 
Please also remember that the Process list has asked that all posts have subject header and be translated into at least one other language then english.
