ana here from imc uk and, lately, from the new-imc working group. Unless 
some one else has responded to you off-line, i would say that their contact,

Scott Moran <scott at tundralight.com> 

should know about their own status, or at least in which stage they are in. If he can't they are probably still in square 1?
