[New-imc] sf.indymedia.org/indybay.org Split Problems

I still think this concerns this list too, because, if we as a group
and as individuals put our time and effort in getting new (and old)
imc's through process, help them make decisions and arrangements and
once they get through the process they ignore all of that and start
doing exactly what they please, i don't see why we should bother.
