Hi Bht, new-imc

In response to q.2: I don't know that anyone was sponsoring Miami IMC
before--i can't find any evidence of it. the only correspondence we had
previously was very preliminary (receiving their application, making
'first contact'). they submitted their mission statement last month, as
you know.

as colloective organizing goes, this is really important, and i encourage
you to keep on them about it. rely on your own judgment (and our advice)
and let them know if you think they're not organized enough to become an
imc yet. that's better than rushing them through the process to watch them
fall apart a few months later.

my two cents
andy
