[New-imc] this list

Hey,

As far as i know new-imc was setup to facilitate NEW groups into joining
the imc network. it is a sub-group of imc process.

I don't think flamewars betweeen existing imc's belong here. if people
who actually do new-imc work think this discussion  belongs here i quit this group 1
second later.

I propose we block every mail about sf - sfbay from now on.

I think sf -sfbay people are mature enogh to find a reasonable way to
deal with their problems that doesn't include stealing the time of
volunteers working in an working-group that shouldn't deal with these
problems.
