[New-imc] this list

Lisa,

New IMC people can't help. We simply don't know the extent of the
processes. There a number of seasoned IMCers on this list, but the
likelihood of being on a more appropriate list is high. Like the Process
list.

The New list may be where the disruption of domain names occurred, but this
discussion is above the heads of a number of us and it I can't imagine why
you would want new IMC volunteers/coordinators helping make these decisions.

Now, what does make sense to me, is to move this discussion to Process,
deal with it, then based on the results, the Process will dictate how
domain names are maintained/changed/edited/transformed/owned, etc.
etc. Then, the New list can adhere to the recommendations/decision Process
makes in the future. But right now, righting this perceived wrong (I'm not
arguing either way) is something that doesn't apply to this list or fall
within the ability of a number of us to help remedy.

But then again, what the hell do I know?

Cheers,
K
