It's a pity I've not been able to keep myself update on all the details of this issue but readying Evans, I wonder what exactly is the reason for Boston folks acting in this manner  i.e one imc group reregisters like an other just becuase there was no rule before prohibiting stuff like that. 

The other time we had an activist handling the application from his own imc. Amongst all the written rules, trust and commitment to make the network leave up to it's goal is absolutely important. If activists bring up issues like this to force a discussion on such probabilities it is fine; but if it is a method to have their way arround things then it is very disappointing.
