substantial effort (I assume with alot of difficulty) to diversify their
collective.  If a few months from now they are found to be oppressive
towards the turkish (or any other group) then the issue of removing them
from the network needs to be raised.  We dont know the situation there.

I think they do have turkish involvement, in some form, prehaps none of
them are interested in becomming heavily involved at this point.  As
long as they know they can, at any time, if they feel the collective is
being bias against their group I think the requirements for a new IMC
are met.  If the greeks within the collective prevent their involvement
or intimidate them it's an issue for that time, not now.
