bueno y esto como funciona? espero a que alguien diga que esta todo 
bien? o espero unos dias y si nadie se opone empiezo? o empiezo nomas?
La aplicacion de Santiago del Estero ha estad esperando desde abril y ya 
son un colectivo funcionando, lo unico que quieren es separarse de 
Buenos Aires, como se hace en esos casos? igual pasan por todo el 
proceso de new-imc y process?

Hi!
So... how does this work? should i wait untill someone says thats ok to 
help Santiago del Estero with their application? or should i wait a day 
or two and if nobody is against i begin?  or should i just begin?
The application of Santiago of del Estero has been waiting since april 
and they already are a working collective, they just want to separate 
them selfs from Buenos Aires. How does it work in those cases? should 
they pass through all the process of new-imc and imc-process anyway?
