Andrei's letter speaks for itself (e.g. "corporative ethics"), so I will
only make minor clarifications about my own position.
So far, I've contacted with MLUG (Minsk Linux Users Group) activists and
with anarchists from "Navinki" group in Minsk, there are people from
both groups who are interested in participating in Belarus IMC. I expect
that there will also be people from Grodno (Razam Confederation) and
Gomel (BSD-Homiel and maybe GomeLUG) who will be interested, too, but it
will take more time to get in touch with them.

Do not put words in my mouth, I said none of that.
I said that at the moment, Belarusian activists use Russia IMC space,
that is a fact and not my personal opinion. I also said that I am ready
to raise the issue of creating Belarusian IMC with the groups that I
have contact with.

Let me repeat once again: I am not against Belarus IMC, but I object to
its registration being kept in secret from Belarusian activists, and to
giving control over it to a nationalist pro-EU group.

My country is Belarus, if you didn't notice yet.
I just happen to use Russian IMC, as do people from Ukraine and
Kazakhstan, as well as Russian-speaking people from around the world. If
Belarusian IMC is created, I will use both, since, unlike you, I would
like to share information with people "on the other side".
