[New-imc] Proposed new imc Valparaiso

I note that IMC Darwin has been trying to get proposed for a coupla weeks.
I dont have time at the moment to lead em thru myself, but would anyone be
up for holding there hand thru the process. They already have a fairly
functional site (even with its own trolls!) , and a collective thats
small, but promissing. Good Indigenous input to the site , which is an
excelent thing on an oceania scale.
