Hey,

I'm Bart and one of the volunteers of new-imc, the list that does the
communications between aspiring imc's & the network.

I've seen your application-form and want to start up the process for
becoming an imc.

Basically you'll need to do the following steps:

1. Read closely http://docs.indymedia.org/view/Global/NewIMCFormEn
2. Discuss with your group on an open meeting the documents mentioned in
#1
3. Answers - in an open meeting - the documents that needs to be answerred
4. Write up the other documents (like an introduction to your imc, ....).
5. get a working site that does open publishing.
