[New-imc] PROPOSAL: Darwin Indymedia Centre. Deadline 29-june

Dear Shayne, dear all,

I think once in a while a new group might be overlooked for different 
reasons. Maybe nobody hast time, maybe everybody thinks that somebody 
else is dealing for it, maybe it's just a bit of lack of structure.

However, as every other indymedia working group, new-imc is done by 
volunteers with all the the same level of responsibility. Nobody can 
demand that somebody else is doing something that s/he does not do 
her/himself.

The only thing you can do, is pointing out that something needs to be 
done, and say that you don't have time etc at the moment. Agressively 
demanding that somebody else does something, or even skipping the 
process won't help.

If you just want a new imc approved because they asked for it, 
independently of whether they have their papers (and the internal 
discussions that go with it), and because you are angry with the rest of 
the working group, then maybe you should take a break for a while.

You are not helping anybody like that. In fact you are undermining the 
work of this group, and especially the great work you have done with 
several and especially with difficult IMCs so far.
