[New-imc] PROPOSAL: Darwin Indymedia Centre. Deadline 29-june

Look. I do apologise for being a little agressive, but I do feel, that
there is a barrier to entry to indy that doent need to happen where if a
group comes in while a debate is in progress they get roundly ignored.

*precisely* the same thing happened to perth (we came in around the time
of the arc/rougeIMC saga) and it was quite upsetting. One feels ignored
and starts wondering "what ARE we doing wrong".

The result of ignored new IMC's are a weakened network , because the new
IMC (A) Does not get the correct help in getting to work, and (B) 'crap'
IMC's slip thru.

So yes. I put the deadline up and pointed out that if its blocked one
would bloody well hope that the block-ee has a good reason.

Is it a gun to the head? I suppose. But darwin deserve better than to be
ignored.

And now they are not. Unorthodox method of doing it, I concede , but it
works.

So sorry all, but they have been *pleading* for someone to get them thru
the process for over a month now and NOBODY was responding to them.
