[New-imc] PROPOSAL: Darwin Indymedia Centre. Deadline 29-june

Dear all, dear Darwin Indymedia

this is Clara from IMC Biotech and IMC Netherlands, and a member of the 
new-imc working group.

First of all sorry, for the delay. Apparently your request got 
overlooked. It happens once in a while, due to too much  work, but not 
due to bad intention.

If nobody has been taken Darwin IMC up as a sponsor, then I am happy to 
take it on.

Can you send me a quick update of what you have done so far, and the 
papers (like editorial policy) to clara(a)ifrik.org? I think that might 
be faster then trying to find the mails in the archives.

I think you all will understand, that the deadline given by Shayne like 
this can not be considered valid. (If necessary, I herby block it.)
