Hi all,
i agree with clara that this is a major improvement. I still have a few
concerns. Please see response below.

it would be helpful if they had a relation of what movements, groups,
they are going to contact. I'm not asking for an extensive list to be
sent here, but an assertion that they are already working on that. imc
valparaiso should feel free to use wiki for that.
But please see comment below, which i think it is more serious...

May be blocked by imc valparaiso?? this proposal should have come from
imc valparaiso themselves, in my opinion. At least, it should have been
discussed on their list first, before sending it here. It is an
important process issue; proposals of this seriousness should not come
from individuals without previous consultation *and* agreement with the
group. (or am i missing something?)

I think the point of consensus among imc valparaiso should be put
forward before aiming for any deadline.
I may sound harsh but i don't mean it; i am into the process, not the
people or persons involved on it. I do understand that helping a new imc
has its pressures and it means work; i have been there myself and i have
made my mistakes too.
Rosa I really appreciate that you are going to translate this, thanks
for being the 'liaison' for this.
