[New-imc] IMC Romania documents

Hello!

I am writing from the indymedia-romania collective. We have recently
completed all of our documents and new-imc form. Below, i am sending all
the documents so that IMC Romania can begin going through the new-imc
process and become part of the global indymedia network.

Please let us know what further steps we should take in order to become
part of the network, and i believe we need someone to sponsor us
throughout the process.
